We are broadly interested in the evolutionary history and classification of insects, especially parasitic Hymenoptera. Current research projects focus on the systematics of Evanioidea, Ceraphronoidea, and Diapriidae. Our team also develops tools, in collaboration with other biodiversity informaticians and computer scientists, aimed at enabling efficient discovery and description of species using established standards.

Deans Lab is a group in Biological Sciences on Mendeley.
